Before any treatment begins, a thorough consultation will always be conducted to enable us to deliver the best possible, safest treatments. As part of the consultation we will collect your contact details including name, phone number, address and email address. We will also need information about your age, any relevant health conditions, medication or allergy information in order to determine that the treatment is safe and suitable to go ahead.
Why do we need it, how will we use it and how long will we retain it?
We need all the details above in order to ensure that the treatment we are delivering to you is safe. We need to keep the details of your consultation and treatment record for insurance purposes and we are required to store this information for seven years after the date your treatment took place. We collect this data under the lawful basis ‘contract’, meaning we have legal reasons to ask for said data because we need it for contractual reasons. You do not have to share your personal information with us, however unfortunately without it we cannot carry out your treatment at Yasmin King Beauty Works.
Will we share your information?

Any details you enter when booking directly through Get Timely such as your name, email address and contact number will be saved within Get tTimely to enable us to send out appointment details, confirmations via email and SMS and any correspondence relevant for your appointment.

During our consultation we will ask you to OPT-IN if you would like to receive these emails.
